Can Items Be Returned?We do not accept refunds at this point in time due to the material cost and time consumption it takes to get everything out as a one man shop. I will replace, warranty, and alter anything needed to make a situation right but I simply do not have the financial ability to offer refunds at this time. I hope this changes in the future.

Do Your Products Have Warranty?Yes! We do offer a warranty on 3D printed products where we will replace items for free if within 60 days of purchase. If the item needs to be replaced after 60 days then we will replace it with a 25% discount. All Valdada products will be warrantied through Valdada IOR themselves. How do I request a custom made prototype?We would love to do prototyping for you! You can send us an already designed and ready to go step file or a gcode file and we can print it for you and send it out to you. E-Mail for Prototyping: khaymkhaym@gmail.com
