We do not accept refunds at this point in time due to the material cost and time consumption it takes to get everything out as a one man shop. I will replace, warranty, and alter anything needed to make a situation right but I simply do not have the financial ability to offer refunds at this time. I hope this changes in the future.

Yes! We do offer a warranty on 3D printed products where we will replace items for free if within 60 days of purchase. If the item needs to be replaced after 60 days then we will replace it with a 25% discount. All Valdada products will be warrantied through Valdada IOR themselves.
